How long does it take to receive my order?
The production time is 1-2 business days. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. You can see the options on our website upon checkout.
Will the background of my photo appear on the crystal?
No, the background will be removed, and only the main subject of the photo will be engraved on the crystal, at no extra cost.
Do I need to choose a specific crystal size based on the number of figures in the picture?
Yes. You can find the recommended number of figures for each size in the size selection section on the product page. If your picture contains more figures than the recommended amount, we will create the design in 2D, which may result in smaller and less detailed figures on the engraving.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to places all around the world! Some areas that we do not ship to (yet!) include Africa, China, Palestine, Southwest Asia, and Yugoslavia. As for shipping and handling pricing, that would all depend on your country, what shape, size, and weight of your entire order, and if you need the crystal to be shipped with expedited shipping.
